Global consumption tax
EU VAT place-of-supply, reverse charge and the Article 59c micro-business threshold, national VAT and GST across dozens of countries, and Canada GST/HST. US sales tax gates on nexus and per-state taxability, fed by a separately versioned dataset covering all 51 jurisdictions with local rate records from official state files in 41 of them.
Multi-entity routing
Tax depends on which selling entity issues the invoice, so the same buyer is taxed correctly whichever entity sells.
Canonical jurisdictions
Countries, subdivisions and currencies bound to stable ISO codes, so nothing downstream fuzzy-matches a country name.
Exact money, deny-by-default
Amounts are exact and rounding is done once. A missing rate is refused, never assumed to be zero percent.
Pluggable rate sources
Rate data plugs in behind a contract: an EU TEDB feed, the US SST files or a commercial adapter, composed as static, remote or cached.

A self-hostable consumption-tax engine for Laravel. It owns the calculation logic, place-of-supply, reverse-charge, rate application, inclusive and exclusive, and sources only the rate data behind a pluggable contract. No forced third-party tax SaaS.
The US economic-nexus engine for Laravel. Accumulate a seller's sales per state, detect when a post-Wayfair threshold is crossed, and report where registration is required. It owns the decision, you bind the sales data.
A canonical geography reference for Laravel: countries, subdivisions and currencies bound to stable ISO codes, resolved deny-by-default, carrying the tax-relevant attributes that billing and tax engines build on.
